Milling technology
When we apply milling, we start with our standard blocks, sized 4000 x 1200 x 600 mm.
The desired shape is milled into our blocks.
Then the products are annealed to give them the correct thickness.
The advantage of milling is there is no filament entry point in your finished product.
Specifications
EPS of multiple densities can be milled, ranging from 13 kg/m³ to 40 kg/m³.
Milled products are only available in white.
Environmentally friendly
Any EPS waste is immediately ground into pieces and reprocessed in the blocks.
This means that we have little or no waste using this technology.
